The list of reputable exporters is compiled and announced on the basis of selection and recommendations of relevant agencies, selected on the basis of criteria prescribed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade on export turnover. At the very least, in terms of business reputation for foreign customers, in fulfilling obligations to the State in the field of customs, tax, environment, etc… This is a very important activity. necessary to support Vietnamese businesses to boost exports and expand markets, especially since Vietnam has joined a series of bilateral and multilateral free trade agreements.
After a period of posting the Pre-qualification List and receiving feedbacks, on December 2, 2022, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 2615/QD-BCT approving the List of “reputable exporters credit” in 2021. Based on the proposal of 54 agencies and organizations (including ministries, branches, industry associations, provincial and municipal Departments of Industry and Trade), the Ministry of Industry and Trade has selected 281 enterprises. enterprises (equivalent to 289 turns of enterprises in 27 categories). Currently, Decision No. 2615/QD-BCT dated December 2, 2022 and the official list of “reputable exporters” in 2021 are being posted on the website of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (www.moit). .gov.vn) and websites of some relevant agencies.
