Implementing Document No. 3028/BCT-XNK dated May 19, 2023 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on the selection of reputable export enterprises in 2022, the Ministry of Industry and Trade has coordinated with ministries, branches and industry associations. , the Department of Industry and Trade of provinces and centrally -run cities and relevant agencies select, compile and post the Preliminary List of “Reputable Export Enterprises” in 2022 on the Electronic Information Portal of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. to consult public opinion.
The list of reputable export enterprises is compiled and announced on the basis of selection and recommendations of relevant agencies, selected on the basis of criteria prescribed by the Ministry of Industry and Trade on export turnover levels. At least, in terms of business reputation with foreign partners, in terms of compliance with obligations to the State in the field of customs, tax, environment, etc. This is a very important activity. necessary to support Vietnamese businesses to boost exports and expand markets, especially when Vietnam has participated in a series of bilateral and multilateral free trade agreements.
After a period of posting the Preliminary List and receiving feedback, on December 14, 2023, the Ministry of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 3235/QD-BCT approving the List of “Reputable Export Enterprises”. credit” in 2022. Based on the proposals of 54 agencies and organizations for selection (including ministries, branches, industry associations, Departments of Industry and Trade of provinces and cities), the Ministry of Industry and Trade has selected 274 enterprises. businesses (equivalent to 278 businesses in 25 industries). Currently, Decision No. 3235/QD-BCT dated December 14, 2023 and the official List of “Reputable Export Enterprises” in 2022 are being posted on the Electronic Information Portal of the Ministry of Industry and Trade (www.moit .gov.vn) and websites of some relevant agencies.
